Common questions.

Everything you need to know before your first session — from what to wear to how booking works.

Comfortable clothing you can move in and smooth-soled shoes. Avoid sneakers with thick rubber soles — they grip the floor and make turns difficult. If you don't have dance shoes, socks work fine for your first session.

Not at all. Most of my students train solo. Private coaching focuses on your individual technique, musicality, and body mechanics. If you do have a partner, couples sessions are available too.

A single session is ideal for targeted work on a specific skill or for trying out coaching before committing. The Monthly Intensive provides structured, progressive training — each session builds on the last, which accelerates growth significantly.

Absolutely. I work with dancers at every level, from first-timers to seasoned competitors. Beginners often make the fastest progress because we build correct foundations from the start.

We connect via Zoom. I'll guide you through drills, footwork, styling, and musicality exercises in real time. Virtual sessions work best for technique refinement and musical interpretation — connection work is better in person.

Ideally 3–4 months before your wedding. This gives us time to design choreography, practice, and polish without pressure. Shorter timelines (6–8 weeks) are possible but require more frequent sessions.

My signature discipline is West Coast Swing, but I coach across the full ballroom spectrum: Latin (Cha-cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive), Smooth (Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango), Rhythm, and social dance fundamentals.

My primary focus is private coaching, which delivers the most transformative results. However, I occasionally run workshops and intensives — follow me on social media for announcements.
